con in mezzo un giardino di olivi grande 4000mq e si trova
a 10 minuti dal centro di malcesine.
gli appartameni sono belli e confortevoli, la tipologia
degli appartamenti è di due tipi:
appartamenti con 2 stanze(stanza da letto+ soggiorno);
oppure monolocale con cucina separata.
gli appartamenti hanno un balcone con una bellissima vista
lago, e con un accogliente giardinetto sul davanti; in
ogni apparamento vi è un bagno con doccia, una
cassaforte, sat-tv, e una cucina con piastre elettriche.
per i nostri clienti è a disposizione un giardino
ben curato, un parcheggio, e un garage ampio per mountainbike
e motociclette. nei nostri nuovi appartamenti (finiti
nell'estate 2003) vi è la possibilità di
usufruire di porte comunicanti fra gli appartamenti potendo
aumentare la capienza fino a 7-8 persone.
la spiaggia è raggiungibile in 10 minuti, vi è
la possibilità di fare belle passeggiate, la stazione
della funivia si trova a 600 metri e il supermarket a
400 metri. noi offriamo ai nostri clienti una colazione
abbondante e delle specialità del posto che si
pagano a buoni prezzi nel nostro bar/caffè nel
centro di malcesine.

inmitten eines olivengartens in der grosse von 4000 mq,
10 gehminuten vom ortszentrum malcesine entfernt.
die wohnungen sind schön und komfortabel eingerichtet,
groesstenteils 2 zimmerwohnungen (d.h. wohn- und schlafzimmer)
aber auch einzimmerwohnungen (mit separatem küchenraum)
vorhanden. die appartements verfügen groesstenteils
über balkon mit wunderschönem seeblick oder
mit gartenanteil vor dem wohnungseingang; weiters badezimmer
mit dusche, eingebautem tresor, sat-tv, küche mit
elektrokochplatten.
den gästen steht ein großer gepflegter garten,
abgeschlossener parkplatz sowie abstellraum für mountainbikes
und motorräder zu verfügung.
in unserem neu renovierten haus (fertigstellung sommer
2003) befinden sich auch wohnungen mit verbindungstüre
d.h. diese können mit 7-8 personen belegt werden.
der strand ist in 10-15 gehminuten erreichbar, wanderwege
sind in unmittelbarer nähe, die seilbahnstation ist
600 meter, der nächste supermarkt 400 meter entfernt.
wir bieten den gästen ein reichhaltiges fruehstueck
sowie kleine imbisse zu begünstigten preisen in unserem
caffeé in malcesine zentrum an.
the quiet residential condominum club "casa appartamenti
alin" consists of two seperate buildings and is located
in a vast olivetree garden, only 10 minutes walk from
the little town of malcesine.
the appartments are built and furnished to high standards.
all the units in this development have large balconies
or sunterraces, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms with
shower cabins, safe deposits and satellite tv.
most of the apparments offer breathtaking view of the
lake and surrounding mountains. there is private carpark
and storage surface for bikes and mountain bikes. some
of the units in our newly restored neighbouring house
can be enlarged and used by groups up to 8 people.
the beach, restaurants, shops and supemarkets are within
easy reach ( only 10 mintes walk), for sports enthusiasts
sailing, swimming, mountain biking, walkingpaths are
nearby( 600 meters to the cablecar monte baldo). the
vacation complex prides itself on its art of hospitality,
evident in every detail.
